We can rewrite it as
3y = \sin x - 2x
Now, differentiation w.r.t. x is
3\frac{dy}{dx} = \frac{d(\sin x - 2x)}{dx} = \cos x - 2

Therefore, the answer is \frac{\cos x-2}{3}
