P(A)=0.3,P(B)=0.6,

Given two independent events A and B.

    P(A\cap B)=P(A).P(B)

  P(A\cap B)=0.3\times 0.6=0.18

Also , we know P(A \, and \, B)=P(A\cap B)=0.18
