We have

                  4z + 3 = 6 +2z

Transposing 2z to the LHS and 3 to the RHS, we get:

                   4z - 2z = 6 - 3

or                   2z = 3

DIviding both sides by 2,

                       z = \frac{3}{2}

Check:-  Put   z = \frac{3}{2}   in LHS as well as RHS, we have

                LHS :-  4z + 3

                              = 4\times \frac{3}{2} + 3 = 9

                RHS :-  6 + 2z

                              = 6 + 2\times \frac{3}{2} = 6 + 3 = 9

Thus,           LHS = RHS
