Given that,
Length of the rectangular plot = 500m 
and the width = 200 m
fencing cost  = Rs 8 per hundred sq. meter

Therefore, the area of the plot 
 = 500\times 200 = 100,000 \ m^2

Now, Total rate of tiling of 100,1000 m2   = \frac{8}{100}\times 100,000
                                                                 = Rs 8000
