Option D is the right answer.

y^2dx + (x^2 -xy -y^2)dy = 0
\frac{dy}{dx}=\frac{y^{2}}{x^{2}-xy-y^{2}} = F(x,y)
we can take out lambda as a common factor and it can be cancelled out
