Given :  GP=\sqrt 3 ,3 , 3 \sqrt 3 ,........

a=\sqrt{3}\, \, \, \, \, and \, \, \, \, \, r=\frac{3}{\sqrt{3}}=\sqrt{3}

n th term is given as 729.

a_n=a.r^{n-1}

\Rightarrow 729=\sqrt{3}.(\sqrt{3})^{n-1}

\Rightarrow 729=(\sqrt{3})^{n}

\Rightarrow( \sqrt{3})^1^2=(\sqrt{3})^{n}

\Rightarrow n=12

The, 12 th term is 729.
