Physisorption is an exothermic process:

\underset{(Adsorbent)}{Solid}\:+\:\underset{(Adsorbate)}{Gas}\rightleftharpoons \:Gas adsorbed on solid+Heat

So, therefore, according to Le-Chateliers principle, it decreases with increase in temperature.
