AP EAMCET 2020: “Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test” conducted in Andhra Pradesh. This test is commonly known as AP EAMCET and it is conducted by Jawahar Lal Nehru Technical University. It’s a state level  The exam conducting authority will conduct the exam tentatively 3rd week of April 2020 and the registration process will start from tentatively 4th week of February 2020. The AP EAMCET exam is for admissions into various private and government colleges of Andhra Pradesh. The exam conducting authority will organize the exam through online mode. The authority will be declared AP EAMCET Result 2020 tentatively by the end of May month.

AP EAMCET Application form 2020

The AP EAMCET 2020 application form process will start from tentatively 4th week of February 2020. Steps like payment of application fee, registration, filling of the form and taking the printout are included in the AP EAMCET application form filling process. However, before proceeding towards filling the application form, keep the required documents ready like Aadhaar card, Hall Ticket Number of class 12th, Birth certificate, class 10th certificate, scanned images, and signature. candidate need to pay the application fee first, before proceeding towards filling the form. Candidates can pay the fee through online mode using net banking, debit/credit cards or at AP Online Centres. To pay the fees in cash or at AP online centers, visit the nearest online centre and submit all the required details and pay the prescribed amount in cash and collect the fee receipt.

 

AP EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2020

To apply for AP EAMCET, the candidates must meet and check the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities. Eligibility criteria will have certain parameters like age, qualifying exam, subjects, and marks in the exam which candidates will have to fulfill. The notification related to the eligibility will be released along with the information brochure. Candidates who are applying for AP EAMCET exam need to check the eligibility criteria first before filling the application form.

The basic eligibility criteria for AP EAMCET 2020 is given below:

  • The Aspirants should be an Indian Citizen or OCI/PIO card holders and must belong to Andhra Pradesh and should fulfill the local/non-local status requirements.

  • A Minimum age limit is 16 years by the date of commencement of admission for Engineering & Pharmacy courses, whereas, for other courses, the minimum age limit is 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission & maximum age limit is 22 years for general category candidates and 25 years for SC/ST category candidates.

  • Candidates should have passed or appearing in 12th class, diploma in engineering or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects for Engineering, B.Tech (DT, AG & FT).

  • For B.Pharmacy course Candidates must have passed or appeared in 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects securing 45%

AP EAMCET Admit Card 2020

The admit card is a very important document, candidate need to carry at the exam centre. The Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University will release the admit card tentatively 3rd week of April 2020. Only registered candidates will be able to download the AP EAMCET 2020 admit card, to download the admit card visit the official website enter the payment reference id, registration number, Qualifying examination hall ticket, mobile number, and your date of Birth. The AP EAMCET Admit Card will contain the essential information regarding the Date of examination, details of exam centre, the application number, roll number, and candidate’s name, etc. Once admit card is available for downloading, candidates should download it from the website of AP EAMCET and keep it safe till the admission process is over.

AP EAMCET Syllabus 2020

Before starting the preparation for the exam, the candidate must check the syllabus of AP EAMCET 2020 so as to know the detailed topics listed for the examination. The authority will release the official syllabus of AP EAMCET exam along with the information brochure. As per the official syllabus released by JNTU last year, the syllabus comprises of three subjects- physics, chemistry, and Mathematics. Applicants can download the AP EAMCET Syllabus 2020 form the official website @sche.ap.gov.in before starting the Exam Preparation.

 

AP EAMCET Exam Pattern 2020

The AP EAMCET 2020 exam pattern will tell applicants about the exam mode, type of the question, number of questions, etc.  Along with syllabus getting familiar with Exam pattern will also help you to make your preparation way easy.

  • According to the AP EAMCET 2020 exam pattern, the candidates will be able to attempt the examination in two languages English and Telugu.
  • The exam will be conducted in online mode.
  • The duration of the exam is 3 hours.
  • Type of questions in papers is MCQ.
  • The question paper is divided into 3 sections, physics, chemistry, Mathematics
  • The number of question in the Mathematics section is  80 and 40 questions each in physics and chemistry section.
  • For every correct answer, one mark will be awarded.
  • There is no negative marking for an incorrect response.
