KCET 2020: “KCET” stands for Karnataka common entrance test, this exam will be conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority for admission of candidates to various engineering and medical programs. KCET Application Form 2020

The application form of KCET 2020 exam will be released on 1st week of February 2020 The mode of KCET application form process is completely online. Candidates are advised to keep all the details ready such as valid email ID, phone number, educational details, etc. and candidates must check the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the authority.

KCET Eligibility Criteria 2020

The eligibility criteria for KCET ( B.tech Programme) is

  • Candidate must be of Indian origin.

  • Candidate must have completed class 12th with physics and maths as compulsory subjects.

  • Along with Physics and maths, the candidate must have an optional subject like biology/computer science/chemistry/biotechnology/electronics with one language subject English.

  • And for General category students, the required percentage is 45% and for the unreserved category, students required percentage is 40%

KCET Admit Card 2020

The authority will release the admit card tentatively 1st week to 3rd week of April 2020 in online mode, To appear in the exam candidates have to download the admit card within prescribed dates.

To download the admit card candidate have to follow some easy steps which I m going to tell you:

  • So the first step is going to the official website.

  • Enter application number and date of birth in the login window.

  • The KCET admit card will be displayed on the screen.

  • Check the information mentioned on admit card like your name of the candidate, roll number, date of birth, the application number, test center name, timing.

In case of any discrepancy, inform immediately to the concerned authorities and they will get it rectified.

KCET Syllabus 2020

Authorities have released KCET 2020 syllabus separately for all the three subjects- Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. With the help of syllabus and exam pattern candidates can make their study plan and prepare for their exam accordingly. The syllabus includes class 11th and class 12th syllabus.

KCET Exam Pattern 2020

With the help of KCET exam pattern 2020, candidates can make their way of preparation easy.

  • The Question paper contains 180 multiple choice questions carrying 180 marks in total.

  • The duration of the exam is 1 hour 20 min for each session.

  • The question papers of KCET 2020 will be either in Kannada language or in Kannada and English language both.

  • Each correct answer will carry 1 mark and no negative marking will be applicable for incorrect responses.
