As we discussed in

Determine the internal resistance -

r=(\frac{l_{1}-l_{2}}{l_{2}})R

r=(\frac{E}{V}-1)R

\frac{E}{V}=\frac{l_{1}}{l_{2}}

- wherein

 Given E=200V

r=1\Omega

V=220V

\therefore r=(\frac{E-V}{V})R=1=(\frac{20}{220})R

\therefore R=11\Omega
