From geometry we know \mathrm{P A, P B=(P T)^2}, where \mathrm{P T} is the length of the tangent from \mathrm{P } to the circle.

Hence \mathrm{P A \cdot P B=(3)^2+(11)^2-9=11^2=121}

Hence option 2 is correct.
