As we learnt in

α -decay -

^{A}_{Z}X\rightarrow ^{A-4}_{Z-2}Y+^{4}_{2}He+Q

- wherein

Q\: value = \left ( M_{X} -M_{Y}-M_{He}\right )c^{2}

 The corresponding nuclear reaction is ^{A}_{z}X+^{1}_{0}n\rightarrow\ ^{7}_{3}Li+^{4}_{2}He

From conservation of atomic number z = 2 + 3 = 5

From conservation of mass, A + 1 = 4 + 7

Hence,  A = 10

So the element is ^{10}_{5}B.

The correct option is 4.
