\mathrm{\begin{aligned} &\mathrm{E}_0=200 \sqrt{2} \mathrm{~V} \text { and } \omega=100 \mathrm{rad} . / \mathrm{s}\\ &\text { So } X_c=\frac{1}{\omega c}=\frac{1}{100 \times 10^{-6}}=10^4 \Omega \end{aligned}}

As ammeter reads rms value of current

\mathrm{\therefore \mathrm{I}_{\mathrm{rms}}=\frac{\mathrm{E}_{\mathrm{rms}}}{\mathrm{Z}}=\frac{\mathrm{E}_0}{(\sqrt{2}) \mathrm{X}_{\mathrm{c}}}=\frac{200 \sqrt{2}}{\sqrt{2} \times 10^4}=20 \mathrm{~mA}}
