We know that \mathrm{M=\frac{e}{2m}.\ L\\ \ \ \ ........\left ( 1 \right )}
\mathrm{\text { but, } L=\frac{n h}{2 \pi}, n=1,2,3 \ldots}
form equation \mathrm{\left ( 1 \right )-} \mathrm{M=\frac{e}{2m}\times \frac{nh}{2\pi } }

put \mathrm{n=1 }
