As we have learnt,

More is the polarisation more will be the covalent character.

As the size of cation increases charge per unit area decreases due to which ability of cation to distort the electron cloud of anion decreases which results in decrease of polarisation as well as covalent character.

Therefore we can say covalent character is directly proportional to polarisation and inversely proportional to size of cation.

SIze of elements : Li < Na < K < Rb

So, order of covalent character

LiCl> NaCl> KCl> RbCl.
Hence option number (3) is correct.
