A Parallel plate capacitor is of area 6 cm^{2} and separation 3mm. \Rightarrow C_{ea}=C_{1}+C_{2}+C_{3}\\\\\\\Rightarrow \frac{KE_{0}A}{d}=\frac{10E_{0}(A/3)}{d} +\frac{12E_{0}(A/3)}{d}+\frac{14E_{0}(A/3)}{d}\\\\\Rightarrow K=12
