As we have learned

Centroid of triangle -

\left ( \frac{x_{1}+x_{2}+x_{3}}{3}, \frac{y_{1}+y_{2}+y_{3}}{3}, \frac{z_{1}+z_{2}+z_{3}}{3} \right )

- wherein

 

 1= \frac{0-1+x}{3} \Rightarrow x=4 

2=\frac{0+3+y}{3} \Rightarrow y=3

3=\frac{0-4+z}{3} \Rightarrow z=13

\therefore x+y+z=20

\therefore option C
