From data of magnetic moment oxidation number of Cr should be +3
Hence complex is Cr(H2O)6Cl3.

Complex shows geometrical isomerism therefore formula of the complex is [Cr(H2O)4Cl2]Cl.2H2O.

Its IUPAC Name: Tetraaquadichloridochromium(III) chloride dihydrate

Hence, the option number (4) is correct.
