In the case of DeltaHmix>0 as the A-B interactions are unstable and a molecule is unstable when it is at a higher energy state so as mam said it will absorb energy to become stable but shouldn’t it release energy as absorbing more energy would make it more unstable? Please clear the doubt. Thankyou

Do not confuse stability with Thermal stability, here A-B interactions are unstable  means the A-B interaction is weeker than those of A-A or B-B.

In the case of positive deviation A-B interactions are weaker than those between A-A or B-B.This means that in such solutions molecules of A (or B) will find it easier to escape than in pure state.This will increase the vapour pressure and results in the positive deviation from Raoult's law
