Kinetic energy of a gas due to translation per mole -

E= \frac{3}{2}PV

= \frac{3}{2}RT

- wherein

R = Universal gas constant

T = temperature of gas

Thermal energy = N\frac{3}{2}KT

=\frac{N}{N_{A}}\frac{3}{2}RT

=\frac{3}{2}nRT

=\frac{3}{2}PV

=\frac{3}{2}P\left ( \frac{m}{8} \right )

=\frac{3}{2}\times 4\times 10^{4}\times \left ( \frac{2}{8} \right )=1.5\times 10^{3}

Ordrer is 103

Option 1)

10^{5}J

Option 2)

10^{3}J

Option 3)

10^{6}J
