As we learnt

 

Addition of Matrices -

 

It is commutative and associative

- wherein

A+B=B+A

A+\left ( B+C \right )=\left ( A+B \right )+C

 

 Since T=A+D and R=B+C

T+B=A+B+D; A+R=A+B+C

Hence, they are not equal.
