I tried many ways but unable to solve questions in organic chemistry.

First understand organic chemistry seems severely complicated with all its exotic looking molecules and name reactions. But in its essence is based on very basic concepts such as:
The understanding of resonance, inductive and mesomeric effects ie electronic effects.
Acid and base concepts
Aromaticity
Steric effects
Interplay of steric and electronic effects.
Nucleophilicity and electrophilicity.
A good grasp over the above topics will certainly help you solve any organic chemistry problem, be it a measly JEE problem or a research problem.
Without a know how of these topics organic chemistry will remain a puzzle. So master these first. Try doing at least 100 problems from each of the above topics. Then move on to name reactions and conversions. Do only a fixed number of reactions each day and revise those reactions the next day.
