As we have learned

Linkage Isomerism -

This isomerism arises in complexes containing ambidentate ligands.

- wherein

For example: \left [ Co\left ( NH_{3} \right )_{5}\left (NO_{2} \right ) \right ]Cl_{2}

Hence NO2  can connect by nitrogen and also by oxygen.

 

 Due to presence of strong ligand all the e^{-} get paired. So no. of unpaired electrons are 0.
