As we learnt in

Conductivity -

Inverse of resistivity is called conductivity. \kappa = \frac{1}{\rho }

- wherein

SI unit of Conductivity = Sm^{-1}

 By the given relation,

Conductivity \sigma \propto \frac{AC}{l}

Where,

A = Area of the vessel.

B = Concentration of the solution.

l = Length of the vessel.

\sigma = \frac{kAC}{l}         where k is the constant of proportionality.

Converting each entity to respective dimensions, we get:

[S]=\frac{k[m]^{2}\:\:[mol\:m^{-3}]}{[m]}

k=[S]\:[m^{2}]\:[mol^{-1}]

Units are Sm^{2}\:mol^{-1}

Option 1)

Sm\: mol ^{-1}

This option is incorrect.

Option 2)

Sm^{2} mol^{-1}

This option is Correct.

Option 3)

S^{-2}m^{2} mol

This option is incorrect.

Option 4)

S^{2}m^{2} mol^{-2}

This option is incorrect.
