As we have learnt,

Formula of Molar Conductivity -

 \Lambda m (S\:cm^{2}mol^{-1})=\frac{\kappa (S\:cm^{-1})}{1000Lm^{-3}\times molarity(mol\:L^{-1})}

-

 K = \frac{1}{R}\times\frac{l}{A} \\*\Rightarrow 129 = \frac{1}{100}\times \frac{l}{A} \Rightarrow cell\;constant=129m^{-1} \\*\Lambda_m = K\times \frac{100}{M} = \frac{1}{R}\times \frac{l}{A}\times \frac{1000}{M} = \frac{1}{520}\Omega^{-1}\times 129m^{-1}\times \frac{1000}{0.02} \times 10^{-6}\\*\Lambda_m= 124\times 10^{-4} Sm^2mol^{-1}

Option 1)
