As we have learned

 T_{mix} = \frac{m_1s_1T_1+m_2s_2T_2}{m_1s_1+m_2s_2}

\because s_1 = s_2 \Rightarrow T_{mix}= \frac{m_1T_1+m_2T_2}{m_1+m_2}

 \\T_{mix}= \frac{10\times 20+20\times 30}{30}\\\\ = \frac{80}{3} C = 26.7 ^{\circ}C
