As we have learnt,

 

Absorptance -

\frac{Q_{a}}{Q}=a

- wherein

Q = thermal radiation

 

 Q_a = Q - Q_r

         = Q - 0.8Q = 0.2Q

a = \frac{Q_a}{Q}= 0.2???????
