Gravitational force (Weight):-

  • Definition- Force with which earth attracts an object.

  • It is denoted by W=mg, where m=mass of the body and g= acceleration due to gravity.                            

Gravity of moon,  

g'= g/\; 6=9.8/6=1.63 \; m/s^{2}

Given, W=115 N

and we know,

W=mg\: '\Rightarrow 115=m\times 1.63\Rightarrow m=70.4\; kg
