If the temperature of the good conductor decreases, how does the relaxation time of electrons in the conductor change?

Relaxation time is the time interval between two successive collisions of electrons in a conductor, when current flows.

As we know 

\rho =\frac{m}{ne^2\tau }

When tepmprature decreases, collisions of electron in a conductor, when current flows decreases and thus relaxation time increases which in turn decreases the resistivity.
