\approx 365days = 86400 \times 365 = 3.1 \times 1 0^7 sec

Period of light wave = \lambda / C

= \frac{ 5000\times 10 ^{-10 }}{3 \times 10 ^8}= 1.7 \times 10 ^{-15}sec
