 CN- is the strongest nucleophile among the options as the -ive charge is on N .

In ,     , the -ive charge is stabilized by resonance . Hence, it is a weaker nucleophile.

In ,   , the -ive charge is more stabilized by being in resonance with phenyl ring and     group.

So it is weakest nucleophile.
