Power dissipiated in external resistance -

P=(\frac{E}{R+r})^{2}R

-

R_{1}=\frac{V^{2}}{P_{1}}=\frac{220^{2}}{25}

R_{2}=\frac{V^{2}}{P_{2}}=\frac{220^{2}}{100}

I=\frac{220}{R_{1}+R_{2}}=\frac{220}{\frac{220^{2}}{25}+\frac{220^{2}}{100}}

=\frac{20}{220}A

P_{1}=I^{2}R_{1}=(\frac{20}{220})^{2}.\frac{220^{2}}{25}

=16\: \omega

P_{2}=I^{2}R_{2}=(\frac{20}{220})^{2}\times \frac{220^{2}}{100}

=4\: \omega
