\underset{V_{R/G}}{\rightarrow}  = \underset{V_{R}}{\rightarrow}  -  \underset{V_{G}}{\rightarrow}

VR = Velocity of rain wrt ground     VG=Velocity of girl wrt ground

\left | \underset{V_{R/G}}{\rightarrow}\right |   =  \sqrt{V_{R}^{2}+V_{G}^{2}}=\sqrt{3^{2}+4^{2}}=5\: km/h
