As we learnt

RELATIONS -

A relation R in a set A is subset of  A× A.

If A and B be any two sets, then a relation R from A to B is a subset of AXB.

-

 Since (c,4) is not an ordered pair from A->B. It will not be an ordered pair of the relation.

Option 1)

{(a,1);(a,2);(d,3)}

Option 2)

{((a,2);(c,2)}

Option 3)

{(a,1);(b,2);(c,4)}

Option 4)

{(a,1);(b,2)}
