V_{AB}=\sqrt{{V_{A}}^{2}+{V_{B}}^{2}}

 

 

V_{AB}=\sqrt{{V_{A}}^{2}+{V_{B}}^{2}} = \sqrt{8^2 + 6^2} = 10m/s
