Half-time of a reaction \mathrm{t_{3 / 2}=[A o]^{1-n}}  where Ao  is initial concentration of reactant and \mathrm{n} is order of reaction with respect to that reactant.
For a second order reaction,\mathrm{ \mathrm{n}=2}

\mathrm{ \mathrm{t}_{3 / 2}=[\mathrm{Ao}]^{1-2}=1 /[\mathrm{Ao}] }
Hence, The half life of a second order process is inversely proportional to initial concentration.
