As we learnt ,

 

If x>>R -

E=\frac{kQ}{x^{2}}  ,  V=\frac{kQ}{x}

 V = \frac{kQ}{R } \; \; \; R = \sqrt{3^{2}+4^{2}} = 5 m

q = 10 \times 10^{-6} = 10^{-5} C

V = \frac{9 \times 10 ^{9} \times 10^{-5}}{5} = 1.8 \times 10 ^{4}V
