as we know that,

No. of moles = w/M,  w = given mass of substance and M = mol. wt 

Mol. wt of Ammonia(NH_{3}) = 14+3*1 = 17

mol. wt of Benzene (C_{6}H_{6}) = 12*6 +1*6 = 78

mol. wt of hydrogen(H) = 2

n(ammonia) = 34 /17 = 2

n(benzene) =78/78 = 1

n(hydrogen) =10/2 = 5

So total moles = sum of   ( n_{H}+n_{B}+n_{A})  = 5+1+2 = 8
