As we have learnt,

Acidic strength of Hydrides of Group 17 elements increases down the group. This is because of the stability of the conjugate base which is predominantly governed by the size of the orbital in which the negative charge is diffused in.

Thus the order of \mathrm{Ka} value is given as 

\mathrm{HI>HBr>HCl>HF}

Now, since \mathrm{pKa=-log(Ka)}, the order of \mathrm{pKa} values for these are given as :

\mathrm{HI<HBr<HCl<HF}

Therefore, option(4) is correct
