 In K^{2+}\: \: and\: \: Sr^{3+} , the stable noble gas configuration of Ar & Kr is disturbed & hence they are unstable ions.

Between Sn ^{4+}\: \: and\: \: Se^{2-} the stable noble gas configuration of Kr is achieved .

Tin shows both +2 and +4 oxidation states, but +2 most stable OS of tin.

only in case of Se^{2-}  is more stable than Sn ^{4+} .

Hence Se^{2-} is the most stable ion among others.
