As we have learnt,

Reducing Sugars contain free aldehyde \mathrm{(-CHO)} or Ketone \mathrm{(-C=O)} group (tautomerisable to an aldehyde) and are capable of reducing Fehling solution and Tollen's reagent. 

Eg. Maltose, Glucose, Fructose , Galactose.

These are usually identified by a hemiacetal linkage in the cyclic Haworth representation.

Sucrose is not a reducing sugar.

Hence, the correct answer is Option (2)
