BSNL JE Exam AnalysisBSNL JE Exam Analysis : The Online Examination of Junior Engineer of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has got over today. The Examination was conducted in two shifts, Morning and Evening. The Format for the BSNL Junior Engineer was the same as other days. The Questions were divided in three parts, Part 1 was on GAT or General Ability Test, Part 2 was on Basic Engineering, Part 3 on Specialization. The total duration for the exam was 180 minutes or 3 hours and the total marks for the BSNL JE Exam were 200.

The candidates aspiring to get selected at the post of Junior Engineer will have to clear all the three sections with the respected cutoff as set by the telecom operator. The Candidates from OC Category have to score 30% in all three papers and 40% in aggregate for the whole exam. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC have to score 20% qualifying marks for each part and 33%in aggregate.

BSNL JE Exam Pattern

All the aspirants for the post of Junior Engineer had to appear for the written examination of BSNL JE. The exam was divided in three parts, Part 1 was on General Ability for 20 marks, Part 2 on Basic Engineering for 90 marks and Part 3 was for Specialization for 90 marks. The total Time duration for all the candidates was 90 minutes and total marks for the exam were 200 marks. Candidates can the below given BSNL JE Exam Pattern. All the candidates have to qualify each part of the exam separately as per the standard set by BSNL. Candidates belonging to OC category have to score a minimum of 30 % marks in each category whereas candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC Category have to score 20% in each section.

The Aggregate Qualifying Marks stand at 40% and 33% for candidates from OC and SC/ST/OBC Respectively.

BSNL JE Exam Analysis: Day 5

Part 1 of the BSNL Junior Engineer Exam had question on General Ability Test or GAT. The Questions in this section were fairly easy and any candidate with a basic general awareness of his surroundings and happenings can easily answer all the questions of the questions. Overall Average for Part 1 was Easy.

Part 2 of the BSNL JE Exam was for Basic Engineering. Questions in this section had come from basic but important topics of engineering stream. Candidates should have their basics clear to attempt this section. The Difficulty level for questions in this section ranged from moderate to tough.

Part 3 of BSNL JE Exam was on specialization and the questions of this section asked for in depth knowledge of the topics. Candidates who inside out of all the topics could answer the questions fairly well. The Questions in this section ranged from moderate to tough and the candidates had to go in details while answering the questions. The difficulty level for part was maintained at tough.

BSNL JE Exam Analysis: Day 4

Part 1 was on General Ability Test or GAT. Questions in this section ranged from 6 month old General Knowledge to Present GK Questions. The Questions were asked in Multiple Choice format and Answers were straight and direct rather than going in too much detail. Overall Part 1 of BSNL JE Exam was Moderate.

Part 2 was on Basic Engineering and there were questions from Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, and DE. Candidates should give importance to basic but important topics to attempt this section. The Questions were ranged between moderate and tough.

Part 3 was on Specialization and the questions in this part were from topics like Electronics, Transmission Line, Communication, Electrical Read Circuit .etc. The Questions were ranged from moderate - tough with the answers to them seeking details of the particular topics. The Average difficulty level for part 3 was maintained at Tough.

BSNL JE Exam Analysis: Day 3

All the candidates who have appeared for the third day of the exam have had varied reviews about the question paper. The BSNL JE Question paper ranged from easy to moderate for Part 1 and 2 and tough for Part 3. The Questions for Part 1 on GAT or General Ability Test were asked on very General and Easy topics. There were questions like National Song has been taken from? , Arm Force Day is observed on? Such questions could be answered easily even by candidates who do not have in depth knowledge on topics of General Awareness.

Part 2 for BSNL JE Exam was also between easy and moderate but we take an average based on number of questions and type of questions asked it sets up at Moderate. Candidates have said that questions of Part 2 on Basic Engineering were based on general topics of Engineering Stream and can be answered by any engineering graduate. The Questions were from topics of engineering but did not test the in depth of knowledge of any topic.

Part 3 on Specialization for BSNL JE Exam was set at tough as the questions were topic specific and tested the in depth knowledge of the candidates on particular subjects.

BSNL JE Exam Analysis: Day 2

All the candidates appeared for the exam had generally the same reaction for the BSNL JE Exam Question Paper. The Question Paper was set at average between moderate and tough for Day 2. The Questions from Part 1 were between easy and moderate but the average was set at moderate. Question on Basic Engineering or Part 2 were between Moderate to Tough but the higher average was on Moderate Side. The candidates said the questions were not asked in too depth but without a good knowledge of the topics the questions could not be answered. BSNL JE Exam Analysis: Day 1

All the candidates who had appeared for the BSNL JE Exam on Day had mixed reactions about the exam.
