Answer shown in this figure is the incorrect answer, as the correct answer is Less urea in his urine... and the reason is due to long hunger strike and surviving only on water that person will be having less urea in urine because it is a waste product which comes from liver to kidney and it forms after the breakdown of different protein, carbs, fat etc present in the body during hunger period.
