As we learnt,

\mathrm{\Delta G=\Delta H-T\Delta S}

A reaction is spontaneous if \mathrm{\Delta G< 0}.

So for a non-spontaneous reaction we want \mathrm{\Delta G> 0}. Which means if \mathrm{\Delta S< 0}  then \mathrm{\left ( -T\Delta S \right )} will be a positive term.

So if \mathrm{\Delta H} is also positive then the reaction will be non-spontaneous at all temperature and pressure.

Hence, Option number (2) is correct
