As we learnt,

 

Instantaneous power -

V_{0}= v_{0}\sin \omega \, t

{i}'= {i}'_{0}\sin \left ( \omega t+\phi \right )

P_{inst}= V_{i}= v_{o}{i}'_{0}\sin \omega t\sin \left ( \omega t+\phi \right )

-

 

 P= 100\sin (40\pi t)\cdot\sin\left (40\pi t + \frac{\pi}{4} \right ) W

at t = 3 ms

P = 100\sin (40\pi \times3\times 10^{-3})\cdot\sin\left (40\pi \times 3 \times 10^{-3} + \frac{\pi}{4} \right ) W

P = 100\sin (0.12\pi)\sin (0.37\pi) W = 33.8 W
