Option: 1

Ca_{1/2}Br

Option: 2

CaBr_{2}

Option: 3

CaBr

Option: 4

Suppose, the molecular weight of the compound is 100.

then

mole of Ca =20/40=1/2
mole of Br =80/80=1
ratio between Ca and Br =1/2 or, 1:2

So the formula will be  Ca_{1/2}Br for molecular weight 100

so, for 200 molecular weights multiple by 2,

it will become Ca1Br2
so the empirical formula becomes CaBr2

Therefore, Option(2) is correct.
