\begin{aligned} & \frac{1}{R_{A B C}}=\frac{1}{6}+\frac{1}{6}=\frac{1+1}{6}=\frac{2}{6} \\ & R_{A B C}=\frac{6}{12}=3 \Omega \end{aligned}

Now, 

\begin{aligned} & R_{\text {eff }}=(3+6) \Omega=9 \Omega \\ & i=\frac{V}{R}=\frac{27^{3}}{g}=3 \mathrm{~A} \text {. } \\ & \text { Power }=i^{2} R=3^{2} \times 9 \\ & =81 \mathrm{~W} \end{aligned}
