According to faraday's law,whenever there is change in magnetic flux passing through a circuit, an induced emf or current is produced in circuit.
And according to Lenz's law, direction of induced current is such that it will oppose the cause that will produce it.
So, in this case the magnetic lines of force is coming toward SOuth pole of the bar magnet. As the magnet moves toward the loop, the number of lines coming through the loop to the south pole increases. So we need magnetic field lines toward inside to oppose that magnetic field lines. For this the current should be clockwise when viewed from the observer end.
