As we learnt ,

 

Power consumption -

P= v_{rms}\: \: i_{rms}= \frac{1}{2}v_{0}i{}'_{o}

-

 

 Power consumed = \frac{V_{o}I_{o}}{2}

Irms = 20 mA

IO = \sqrt{2} I_{rms}

\Rightarrow P = \frac{V_{o}}{2} \times \sqrt{2} I_{rms}

= \frac{200}{2} \times \sqrt{2} \times 20 \times 10^{-3}

P = 2.82 W
