The heat of combustion at constant volume basically changes in internal energy \Delta E=-28.3\, K\! J

T = 273+27 = 300K

2CO+O_{2}\rightarrow 2CO_{2}

So, the net change in moles, \Delta n=2-3=-1

The heat of combustion at constant pressure is \Delta H

\Delta H=\Delta E+\Delta nRT

\\ \Delta H =-28.3\ kJ -1\times8.314\times300\ J \\ \Delta H = -28.3\ kJ -2.494\ kJ

\Delta H=-30.8 KJ
